In summer this year (2023) we completed a project at the Lupton Residences for University of Leeds where we were tasked with refresh of the décor and flooring, Install 9 brand new kitchens and refresh 27 kitchens. These works were completed in a live environment and included out of hours activities. 

The value of this project was circa £350,000 and we had 4 weeks to complete the works. We attended a site visit & worked closely with the project team to fully understand the scope of work prior to creating a sustainable and economical solution whilst minimising disruption.

Once the project was completed and snagging was completed, a walk through was conducted with our site foreman and the estates project manager to make sure our work had met their expectations and to gain feedback on what, if any disruption had occurred during the course of our works. Our client was very pleased and advised the project was delivered on time and within budget.
